Good to know before you send
Yes! Enter the recipient’s delivery information at checkout. You can add a Happy Holidays card with a personalized message while building your box.
Yes! Order ahead and choose an available delivery, pickup, or ship-out date at checkout. We recommend preordering early.
All times are Vancouver time. If choosing the final ship-out date, select a one-day shipping option. Arrival before Christmas is not guaranteed, even with one-day shipping.
Yes! For a few addresses, place a separate checkout order for each recipient. For five or more recipients, our large-order form lets you enter or import your recipient list.
The Gift Box offers a more premium presentation, wrapped in ribbon and finished with a bow. Gift Boxes come in different sizes. Both options make a great gift, but the Gift Box creates a more elevated unboxing experience.
For local delivery, choose an available delivery date at checkout. For shipped gifts, checkout shows an estimated arrival date for each shipping option. We’ll also send tracking information so you can follow your gift’s progress.
For Christmas gifts, we recommend local delivery on December 18 or a shipping estimate of December 21 or earlier, allowing extra time for weather or carrier delays. Shipping arrival dates are estimates, not guarantees.
Yes! We individually seal all cookies so they arrive fresh.
