Can I send a cookie subscription as a gift?+
Yes! A cookie box subscription makes for an amazing gift! When sending for a birthday, you can select a cmonthly cookie subscription as a gift, or have it send every year on their birthday.
When sending the cookie subscription, you can include a happy birthday card with the first box, so they know theyre getting a subscription!
You can also select a yearly option, so their birthday is never missed! We’ll ship them cookies very year on their birthday!
What flavours will be in the box?+
You can choose Base Menu Only, Seasonal Menu Only, or Full Menu Assortment. Either way, we’ll take care of the flavour mix for you with a fun assortment of best sellers, new releases, and seasonal favourites. For 4 and -cookie boxes, we recommend choosing Seasonal Menu Only if you want the most variety and the newest flavours.
How do I choose my first delivery date?+
You’ll be able to choose your first delivery date on the cart page before checkout. When selecting the date, you can pre order for a future date or you can order for the soonest date available.
The date you select will be used for future ship dates.
How often will I receive my subscription box?+
Future boxes will continue based on the delivery frequency you select on this page. If you need to make any changes or skip an order, or cancel, you’ll be able to do so from your account page or you can email us anytime at yinfo@yvrcookie.com!
