Our stuffed cookies are freshly baked and individually sealed to help preserve freshness. For the best flavour and texture, we recommend enjoying them within 1 to 2 weeks of receiving them. Store them in a cool, dry place, or freeze them for up to 3 months.
Do I need to warm my stuffed cookies before enjoying them?+
You don’t have to warm them, but we highly recommend it! Our stuffed cookies are intended to be enjoyed warm for the best flavour and texture.
Remove all packaging and microwave for 20–30 seconds. Let rest for 1 minute before enjoying. You can also warm them in an oven or air fryer at 350°F for 5–8 minutes.
What makes YVR cookies different?+
Our thick, soft-centred cookies are made with our signature dough, and that dough is what sets us apart. Getting a cookie this thick while keeping it soft in the centre isn’t easy. We spent over six years perfecting our recipes to get them where they are today.
Each dough starts with high-quality European-style butter creamed with brown and white sugar. We use locally sourced Canadian eggs and flour, and most of our chocolate comes from Belgium.
Do you offer gluten-friendly or dairy-free cookies?+
Yes, we offer gluten-friendly cookies! We do not currently offer dairy-free options.
Our gluten-friendly cookies are made with ingredients that do not contain gluten. However, wheat is handled in our bakery, and cross-contact may occur.

Can I schedule my order for a specific date?+
You can select your delivery or ship-out date during checkout!
If your address is within our local delivery range, you can select your exact delivery date. Local deliveries arrive between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.
For shipped orders, the date selected is the ship-out date. An estimated arrival date will be shown at checkout.
Can I change or cancel my order?+
We're happy to help whenever possible! Changes can usually be made before your order has been collected by the courier. Cancellations must be requested at least 24 hours before your selected delivery, ship-out, or pickup date. Please email info@yvrcookie.com to cancel your order or to make any changes.
Can I order more than 12 cookies online?+
Yes you can! Place an order for multiple boxes until it reaches the amount that you would like.

Can I send cookies as a gift?+
Absolutely! Enter the recipient's information during checkout and add a personalized gift message while building your box. We'll take care of the rest.
Can I send multiple boxes to different addresses?+
Yes! For fewer than 10 boxes, place a separate online order for each address. For 10 or more boxes, visit our Corporate & Event Ordering page to submit your order.
How can I order cookies in bulk for an event?+
For orders of 50 or more individually packaged cookies, please submit your order through our Corporate & Event Ordering page. Custom stickers, logos, and messages are also available.
Do you offer corporate or bulk-order discounts?+
Yes! Cookie-box orders of $500 or more receive 10% off, while orders of $2,500 or more receive 15% off. Orders of 50 or more individual cookies qualify for bulk pricing. Orders of 100 or more receive an additional 5% off, while orders of 500 or more receive 10% off. Customizations and delivery charges are not included when calculating discount thresholds.
Can I add custom messages, stickers, or logos?+
Yes! Personalized messages, custom stickers, and company logos are available for corporate and event orders. 🚚Delivery, Shipping & Pickup+
Where do you deliver and ship?+
We offer local delivery throughout much of the Lower Mainland, approximately from West Vancouver to Chilliwack. We also ship throughout Canada and the continental United States, including PO boxes. If Hawaii, an island, or another destination is unavailable at checkout, please contact us and we will see how we can help.
When will my order arrive?+
Local deliveries arrive between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. on your selected date. For shipped orders, an estimated arrival date appears when you select a shipping option at checkout. Shipping dates are estimates and may occasionally be affected by unexpected carrier delays.
How does free delivery work?+
Orders containing at least $55 in cookies qualify for free delivery. When sending an order to multiple addresses, each destination must contain at least $55 in cookies to qualify.
How does local pickup work?+
Pick up is available at checkout if your postal code is near our bakery. If the option does not appear, enter our bakery postal code, V2X 0T4.
