Delivery timeline
Our shipping calculator on the checkout page will tell you exactly how many business days your cookies will arrive from the day we ship out. When you are counting, the ship out day is day 0 and the next day 1, etc. For example, If it says 3 days shipping, and your ship out date is Monday it will arrive on Thursday.

Package Liability
There is a chance your package may be delayed. Unfortunately we have no control once the package has been  picked up by the shipping carrier. Our goal is to make every YVR Cookie experience an 11 out of 10 even if it is something out of our control. If your package has come late, or been damaged during the shipping process please email us at info@yvrcookie.com and we will do everything we need to make the situation a happy one for you!
