Return Policy
As a result of the perishable nature of our products we do not take any returns and Gift Cards are final sale. To request a cancellation, email info@yvrcookie.com with your order number within 12 hours of placing your order. If your selected fulfillment date is within one business day of placing the order, we may be unable to cancel it even if you contact us within 12 hours. We’ll confirm by email whether your order was cancelled.

If for any reason you are unhappy with your cookies, please contact us immediately at info@yvrcookie.com with your order number and details. We will do everything we can to make it right.
