Corporate Holiday Gifting FAQ

Orders going to one location require at least five boxes. Direct gifting requires at least five recipients.

Individually packaged bulk cookies start at 60 cookies and must be ordered in multiples of 12.

Yes! Getting an estimate is quick and simple. Click here, select “I'm looking for an estimate”, and enter your quantities or box choices. You’ll have an estimate within moments.

Bulk cookie discounts

• 60 or more cookies: Bulk pricing.
• 120 or more cookies: An extra 5% off bulk pricing.
• 500 or more cookies: An extra 10% off bulk pricing.

Bulk cookies are individually packaged and must be ordered in multiples of 12.

Corporate box orders

• Five or more boxes: 5% off.
• Box subtotal of $500 or more: 10% off.
• Box subtotal of $2,500 or more: 15% off.

The applicable box discount is based on your subtotal; these percentages are not added together. Discount thresholds use the box or cookie subtotal before customization and delivery.

Our team will review your details and contact you within one business day to confirm timing, answer questions, and arrange payment.

Submit your request as early as possible. For holiday gifts going to multiple recipients, the form shows available delivery weeks and their submission cutoffs.

The final delivery window is December 14–18, 2026. Requests for that week close at 11:59 p.m. Vancouver time on Thursday, December 10.

For bulk cookies and boxes going to one location, select a requested delivery-by date. We’ll confirm availability and timing after reviewing your request.

Holiday gifts going to multiple recipients use a delivery week. We’ll deliver within the selected window, but arrival days can vary by address, so a specific day is not guaranteed.

For bulk cookies, boxes going to one location, and non-holiday recipient orders, choose a requested delivery-by date.

If your order is for an event, allow extra time and include the event date so we can help plan the timing.

Enter each recipient’s name, address, box choice, and card details in the form. You can also import a completed Excel or CSV recipient list, then review and edit the entries online before submitting.

Each request covers one country. If you’re sending to both Canada and the United States, submit a separate request for each.

We deliver across Canada and the United States. Enter the destination details in the form so we can confirm service and pricing.

Orders shipped to the United States may be subject to additional tariffs and clearance fees.

We offer free delivery for individually packaged bulk cookies and multiple boxes going to one location.

For gifts going directly to individual recipients:

• Gift boxes: Free delivery.
• 9 and 12 cookie signature boxes: Free delivery.
• 4 and 6 cookie signature boxes: Delivery calculated per address.

Your estimate shows any delivery charges before you submit your request.

The Gift Box offers a more premium presentation, wrapped in ribbon and finished with a bow. Both options make a great gift, but the Gift Box creates a more elevated unboxing experience.

Signature cookie boxes come with 4, 6, 9, or 12 cookies. Gift boxes come with 5 or 15 cookies.

Yes! Choose a card and add a message, or leave the selected card blank.

For multiple recipients, you can personalize the card and message for each person. If boxes going to one location need different cards or messages, include that in your request so our team can confirm the arrangement.

For gift boxes, your logo appears on the outside of the box, including when no card is selected. Branding costs $1 per gift box total, including any selected card branding.

For signature boxes, your logo appears on the back of a selected card inside the box, centred below the message. Branding costs $1 per branded box. Signature boxes without a card do not receive branding.

For mixed orders, gift boxes can still be branded when signature boxes have no cards. Each eligible branded box is charged once.

Individually packaged bulk cookies use logo stickers; their customization price appears in your estimate.

Choose a mix of all available flavours, a mix with more seasonal flavours, or seasonal flavours only.

If you have specific flavour preferences, let us know and we’ll confirm availability for your order date.

We offer a gluten-friendly Chocolate Chunk cookie. Wheat is handled in our bakery, so cross-contact may occur. We do not currently offer dairy-free cookies.
