How does delivery to multiple recipients work?
We'll deliver directly to each recipient, even at different addresses. Just enter their names, addresses, and cookie box choices in the recipient list, and we'll take care of the rest. Each order can include recipients in Canada or the U.S.; if you need both countries, submit a separate request for each.
Can I see an estimate before choosing flavours?
Yes. Choose “I'm looking for an estimate” and enter your quantity or box choices. After reviewing the estimate, select “Continue with order” to add recipient details if needed, then choose flavours and customization. Delivery for multiple recipients is estimated until their addresses are entered.
Where can you deliver to?
We deliver across Canada and the United States. For deliveries to multiple recipients, all addresses in one request must be in the same country.
What delivery date should I request?
Choose the date you'd like your cookies delivered. For an event, we recommend requesting delivery at least one day early for local orders or two days early for shipments. The date picker shows requestable weekdays after the minimum lead time; we'll confirm timing after reviewing your request. If you need cookies sooner, contact us and we'll help.
How much does delivery cost?
Delivery is included for individually packaged bulk cookies and multiple cookie boxes going to one location. For 4- and 6-cookie signature boxes delivered to multiple recipients, delivery is calculated for each address. Gift boxes and signature boxes with 9 or 12 cookies include delivery. You can review the estimate before continuing with your order.
Can I add cards, messages, or my logo?
Yes. For boxes going to one location, you can choose a card design and message for the boxes. For multiple recipients, you can choose a card and message for each person in the recipient list. You can also upload your logo for branding on cards, or on stickers for individually packaged bulk cookies. We'll prepare final artwork for your approval.
Is there a minimum order?
Orders of multiple cookie boxes to one location require at least five boxes. Direct delivery to multiple recipients requires at least five recipients. Individually packaged bulk cookies start at 60 cookies and must be ordered in multiples of 12.
Do you offer discounts for corporate/bulk ordering?
Yes. For corporate box orders of five or more boxes, the discount is 5% off. A box subtotal of $500 or more receives 10% off; $2,500 or more receives 15% off.

For individually packaged cookies, orders of 60 or more receive the bulk discount. Orders of 120 or more receive an extra 5% off; 500 or more receive an extra 10% off. Cookie quantities must be multiples of 12.

Discount thresholds use the box or cookie subtotal before customization and delivery.
When should I submit my request?
As early as you can. The date picker shows requestable dates after our minimum lead time, and we'll contact you to confirm availability. Submitting the request does not take payment.
Do you have gluten-friendly or dairy-free options?
We offer a gluten-friendly Chocolate Chunk cookie. We don't have dairy-free cookies at this time.
