Where can you deliver?
We deliver locally throughout Metro Vancouver and the Lower Mainland, and ship across Canada and to the United States, wherever they are. Available options appear at checkout.
Can I choose when it arrives?
For local delivery, choose an available delivery date. For shipped orders, choose a shipping date and review the estimated arrival shown at checkout. Carrier dates are estimates.
How fresh will the cookies be?
Cookies are freshly baked and individually sealed. For the best flavour and texture, enjoy them within 1 to 2 weeks of receiving them, or freeze for up to 3 months.
What comes with my order?
Your selected cookies arrive beautifully packaged with your personalized message and the occasion card you choose. Available box styles and sizes are shown in the builder.
What about allergies or gluten friendly options?
Ingredient, nutrition, and allergen information is available on the nutrition page. Gluten friendly cookies are made without ingredients containing gluten, but wheat is handled in the bakery and cross contact may occur.
