Looking to place a bulk order or for event catering? Our bulk cookies cost $5.65 each and come individually packaged for freshness and are labeled with the flavour (minimum 50 cookies for bulk pricing) . We are able to offer customization on the stickers for an additional cost.

Yes absolutely! based on the size of the order, we recommend different options. Any order with 10 boxes or more will get a 10% discount automatically applied.
Orders with less than 5 boxes: It is best to order through our website with multiple checkouts.
Orders with 5+ boxes: Please download to excel, or make a copy in google sheets of this sheet. Once you have filled it out please email it to email@example.com. You are welcome to email us before sending the sheet if you have any questions!

Our signature doughs are what sets us apart from any other cookies. Our cookie doughs are truly our pride and joy! Each dough starts with rich European style butter, creamed with brown and white sugar. We use canadian eggs, and flour. We source the chocolate for our cookies from belgium for an unmatched smoothness.

Our cookies are baked fresh, and individually packaged within hours of baking to lock in that fresh baked flavour! Our cookies are best enjoyed as soon as you receive them! If you're planning on enjoying them within 2 weeks of receiving them, you can store them in a cool dry place. If you're planning on enjoying them after 2 weeks, we recommend freezing them! They can be stored in the freezer for up to 2 months.
When you're ready to enjoy your cookies, warm them up in the microwave for 30 seconds and allow to rest for 1 minute before digging in.
Alternatively you can heat them in the oven for 4-6 minutes at 350 degrees.
Our facility processes wheat (gluten) , dairy, eggs, peanuts, and tree nuts. Allergen flavours are baked on separate trays and our team conducts a full sanitization in between baking different flavours. if you or your recipient have a severe allergy, we do not reccomend eating our cookies.

You can use the delivery method selector on the cart page to get an earliest estimated arrival! If you need your shipping order for an event, or specfic date, we recommend choosing an earliest arrival date 1-2 buisness days before your event.

If you'd like to have your order delivered on a specific date, select local delivery on the cart page! You'll be able to enter the delivery address postal code to see if you're eligible. Our local delivery service will deliver your cookies to you on the date selected from 9am-5pm!
Our entire packaging process is designed around keeping your cookies fresh during the shipping process. Every cookie is individually sealed for freshness and are always baked the day before they are shipped. Our boxes are loaded with starch peanuts, and paper crinkle to protect your cookies from being crushed. For more information on how shelf life please see above in our FAQ.
There is a chance your package may be delayed. Unfortunately we have no control once the package has been picked up by the shipping carrier. If your package has come late, or been damaged during the shipping process please email us at email@example.com!
To place a pick up order, head to our website and add your order to your cart! Select the Pick Up option on the cart page and select your preferred pick up date and time. Your order will be ready for pick up at our bakery in Maple Ridge at your selected time and date.
PICK UP INSTRUCTIONS
Have your order confirmation email handy with your order number and the first name on the order! Once you arrive during your pick up time, head to one of our three pick up stalls and follow the instructions posted in your stall. Please wait in your car while our team bring your order to you! If you would prefer we place the order in your trunk, have it open after you park in your stall for our team.
