Please note we can only deliver on business days and so the closest delvery date to Mother's day is Friday.

We recommend choosing a ship out date that shows an earliest arrival date for May 8th! This gives an additional buisness day for delivery in case there are any unexpected delays.

You should order ASAP! Delivery dates are available now to order. Cut off for local delivery will be 2pm on Thursday May 8th. Cut off for shipping will be 2pm Wednesday May 7th.

Unfortunately, the closest day to delivery will be Friday May 9th and we will not be delivering on Mother's Day Sunday.

Yes you can! You can order to deliver to yourself, or to anyone in Canada and the USA! Just include their information in the Shipping information when checking out.

Our signature doughs are what sets us apart from any other cookies. If you enjoy baking you know that getting a thick, delicious cookie isn't an easy task. We've spent over 6 years perfecting our recipes, and even now we're still improving them each day!

 Each dough starts with high quality european style butter, creamed with brown and white sugar. We use locally sourced canadian eggs, and flour, and most of our chocolate is from Belgium.

We have a Gluten Friendly Cookie available! At this time we do not have a dairy free cookie.

Our stuffed cookies are individually packaged within hours of baking to lock in that fresh baked flavour! We reccommend eating the cookies within 2 weeks of recieving them. If you're planning on enjoying them after 2 weeks, we recommend freezing them! They can be stored in the freezer for 3 months.

When you're ready to enjoy your cookies, warm them up in the microwave for 20-30 seconds and allow to rest for 1 minute before digging in.  

Alternatively you can heat them in the oven/air fryer for 5-8 minutes at 350 degrees. 

YES! Our cookies are best enjoyed warmed up!

We suggest reheating your cookies for 20-30 seconds depending on how powerful your microwave is. Allow your cookie to rest for 1 minute before digging in.

At our bakery we process wheat (gluten), dairy (milk), eggs, soy, peanuts, and tree nuts. As a result, all of our products may contain trace amounts of these ingredients.

If you or your gift recipient have a severe allergy to any of these ingredients, we do not recommend eating our cookies even if it is not listed as an ingredient.

Yes you can! Place an order for multiple boxes until it reaches the amount that you would like.

Of course! We can accommodate any changes to your order as long as it has not been picked up by the courier yet. 

To cancel your order please send us an email to info@yvrcookie.com with your order number! Cancelations can be accommodated as long as they're not within 24 hours of your selected delivery/ship-out/pick up date.

Our minimum for bulk cookie orders is 50 cookies.

Each cookie is individually packaged and labelled with the flavour, and we are able to provide customizations on the sticker for an additional cost!

Cookies make an amazing gift for any occasion! A cookie box can be delivered directly to the recipient by entering their information in the delivery information at checkout. 

When putting together your box, you can easily add a gift message as well as to and from information!

Yes absolutely! based on the size of the order, we recommend different options. Any order with $300 or more will get a 10% discount orders of $2500+ get 15% off. Please checkout our Corporate ordering page to get more details and place your order!

Orders with less than 10 boxes: It is best to order through our website with multiple checkouts.

If you are ordering boxes for Employees, Vendors, clients, or anyone else: Please fill go to our corporate ordering page.

Corporate Event: For any orders that are 50 cookies or less, please order online! If it is more than 50 cookies please go to our corporate/event ordering page.

Our entire packaging process is designed around keeping your cookies fresh during the shipping process. Every cookie is individually sealed for freshness. 

There is a chance your package may be delayed. Unfortunately we have no control once the package has been picked up by the shipping carrier.  If your package has come late, or been damaged during the shipping process please email us at info@yvrcookie.com!

Yes we can, but please note your delivery estimate may change and be longer than expected as we have to ship with Canada Post.

At this time, we cannot ship to PO Boxes until the Canada Post strike is over.

Yes you can! Pick up is available at checkout if your postal code is near our bakery.
